Vegan Without a Cause

Two blind persons wanted to drink water in Bangalore. When they were unable to operate the tap, this mother monkey opened the tap for them, allowed them to drink water, drank some water herself and then closed the tap before leaving the scene.

"The world we are allowing to be created for our children may well be a world not worth living in. The reality is that this world does not have to be this way at all. It does not have to be heading in the direction it is heading. People do not have to live in a never ending sea of self generating debt. Wars do not have to be fought, and children do not have to starve."

This beautiful little girl was dropped off at my clinic about a month ago with a horrifying story…
She was a stray who had fallen into evil hands and been tortured in a completely inhumane and sadistic way before a good samaritan stopped the ADULT men and rescued her.
They had a chain wrapped around her little neck and hung over a tree branch. They continually pulled her off the ground by the neck and let her back down, watching her struggle to run around and laughing while pulling her up again and again. Nobody knows how long this was going on for, but the rescuer said he saw the men standing around in a circle for 10 minutes before realizing what was going on and putting an end to it.
Unfortunately, her eye, as you can see, had to be removed because it burst while she was being hung. Yes, burst. We were able to save the other one, but she has permanent damage.
She is recovering now, but the hair around her neck won’t ever grow back because of the trauma she endured and stands as a permanent reminder of her horrible experience.
To me, the saddest part of it all..is how much she loves humans still. She likes being carried around like a baby and gets antsy when she isn’t in somebody’s lap. She gives kisses and trusts everyone without a second thought. This poor little thing, tortured and injured at the hands of evil humans, still loves people. And she is part of a weaker species?

There is a place on Knickerbocker that has vegan pies.  We got a large.  Marco triple stacked.  I sang R Kelly songs to my slices.

Non-Vegan Arguments

veganmudblood:

youknowyouareaveganwhen:

  • God made animals for us to eat them
  • The animal population would be out of control if we didn’t kill them
  • We need milk for strong bones
  • Cows would explode if we didn’t milk them
  • You would die without animal products
  • Humans are designed to eat meat
  • Soy makes you gay
